Shipping Information

RIO Products ships to all US and Canada addresses. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders ship via FedEx, with the exception of PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders, which ship via USPS Priority. We will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number upon shipment.

Ground orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed on rioproducts.com. 2 Day or Next Day orders placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days will ship same day.  2 Day and Next Day orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available.

Free Ground shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48. All Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship via 2 Day or Next Day. PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS Priority. We do not offer expedited shipping for USPS orders.

Returns Information

Any items purchased on the rioproducts.com website can be returned unused within a 90 day period.

If you purchased the item at one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on rioproducts.com, please log in to your account and click on the return items link from your order.

After processing the return, you will receive an email with the mailing instructions. Please include the original packaging and a copy of the email with the return info in the package your are sending to us.
