RIO Products ships to all US and Canada addresses. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders ship via FedEx, with the exception of PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders, which ship via USPS Priority. We will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number upon shipment.
Ground orders placed by 12PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on rioproducts.com are generally shipped within the same business day. Expedited 2 Day or Next Day orders placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days will ship same day. 2 Day and Next Day orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available.
Free Ground shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48. All Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship via 2 Day or Next Day. PO Box orders and APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS Priority. We do not offer expedited shipping for USPS orders.

Any items purchased on the rioproducts.com website can be returned or exchanged unused within a 90 day period.
If you purchased the item at one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
