A community committed to helping our fish. And as dedicated members of the fly fishing industry, we recognize and embrace our responsibility as stewards of our most important resource, the fisheries. That's why, along with Trout Unlimited - Alaska (and many others), we're fighting the proposed construction of North America's largest open pit mine. Located at the headwaters of Bristol Bay, the proposed Pebble Mine would endanger some of the world's largest remaining wild salmon runs by using cyanide, arsenic, sulfuric acid, and a laundry list of toxins used in open-pit gold mining.
