These two sinking bodies of the Scandi Short VersiTip are an excellent head choice for getting the line, tip and flies deeper. The clear-camo intermediate body has a sink rate of 1.5 to 2 inches per second, while the dark gray Sink 4 body sinks at a fast 4 to 5 inches per second. Use these bodies in place of the floating Scandi Short Body to get extra depth, for casting on windy days and for fishing in faster currents. The easy casting taper design matches perfectly to MOW tips, "T" tips and standard 10ft and 15ft RIO tips. For rods shorter than 13ft, RIO recommends 10ft tips. For rods of 13ft and longer, RIO recommends 15ft tips. These bodies do not come with tips!
